WHERE ARE THE NIGERIAN MILITARY SPECIALISTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF VIOLENCE OR ARE THEY WAITING FOR A RELIGIOUS MAYHEM AS WE WITNESSED IN CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

WHERE ARE ALL THE TOUGH TALKING GENERALS OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY WHO CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE SPECIALISTS IN TNE MANAGEMENT OF VIOLENCE?

The governor of Nigeria's embattled Borno state has warned President Goodluck Jonathan that the military is outgunned in its fight against Boko Haram and more troops are urgently needed.

ABUJA: The governor of Nigeria's embattled Borno state warned President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday that the military is outgunned in its fight against Boko Haram and more troops are urgently needed.
Governor Kashim Shettima travelled to the capital Abuja for talks with Jonathan and Nigeria's security chiefs following the latest massacre in Borno of 106 people in the mostly Christian village of Izghe on Saturday.
"We are in a state of war. That is what I came to tell the president," Shettima told reporters after the meeting.
"I made it emphatically clear to Mr. President that Boko Haram are better armed and better motivated," than the security forces, he added.
Unless more troops and more resources are deployed to Borno, "it is absolutely impossible for us to defeat Boko Haram," the governor said.
Borno along with two neighbouring northeastern states was placed under emergency rule in May, when the military launched a major offensive aimed at crushing the Islamist uprising which has killed thousands since 2009.
Attacks have continued despite the beefed up military presence. Borno, where Boko Haram was founded in 2002, has been the hardest hit area.
The extremist militia has said it is fighting to create a strict Islamic state in the country's mainly Muslim north.
Shettima said the Islamists have been able to attack defenceless civilians with ease and made reference to a slaughter last week in the town of Konduga where gunmen seemingly killed residents at-will "for over five hours".
"Have we ever succeeded in thwarting any of their plans?" the governor further said.
He provided a death toll of 106 for the Izghe attack, supporting figures given by other area officials.
"Some were hospitalised with very great injuries, so I am afraid the figures might climb," he added.
The attackers reportedly went door-to-door looking for residents who were hiding, undeterred by the security forces.
Those who were found were dragged outside, gathered together and slaughtered, witnesses said.
While Jonathan has at times sought to portray the military offensive as a success, outrage in the region is building following the repeated failure of the security forces to prevent major attacks, including some in the heart of Borno's capital Maiduguri.
The Nigerian defence headquarters said on Monday that fighting patrols by air and land were being stepped up "in the forests and hills" in the northeast where the militants were hiding.
"The security forces will continue to employ necessary fire power to enhance the effectiveness of the mission until the terrorists are duly curtailed," it said in a statement in reaction to recent deadly attacks.
Some suspected perpetrators of the recent attacks have been arrested, it said, without given details.
Locations that are prone to attacks are being reinforced while general areas has been placed "under heightened surveillance and patrols," it boasted.
Jonathan replaced his entire military brass last month, a move analysts said was linked to frustration with the anti-insurgency campaign.

Future of C. African Republic Muslims imperiled
By KRISTA LARSON, Associated Press Updated at 2014-02-09 01:33:14 -0500

DAKAR, Senegal (AP) — The mob violence wracking Central African Republic imperils the future of the country's Muslims, with tens of thousands fleeing the daily violence and untold numbers killed.
Bangui, the capital, is engulfed in an orgy of bloodshed and looting despite the presence of thousands of French and African peacekeepers.
"We are in a moment where immediate action is needed to stop the killings," Peter Bouckaert of Human Rights Watch told The Associated Press, calling for a full-fledged U.N. peacekeeping mission. "Otherwise the future of the Muslim community of this country will be gone."
Muslims make up about 15 percent of Central African Republic's 4.6 million people. More than 800,000 people have fled their homes —about half of those from the capital, according to the United Nations.
"There are some who don't want Muslims in this country," Prime Minister Andre Nzapayeke said on local radio Saturday. "But when the Muslims have left the country, what happens next? The Protestants will throw out the Catholics, and then the Baptists against the Evangelists, and finally the animists? It is time we regain control and stop ourselves from plunging into an abyss."
Thousands of Muslims left Bangui in a massive convoy Friday that was jeered by crowds of Christians. One Muslim who fell off a truck was quickly killed by the mob. Muslim women who could not get on the trucks tried to hand their children to strangers aboard the vehicles. Whole neighborhoods are abandoned and Muslims who cannot leave are hiding inside mosques that have not already been set ablaze or destroyed by angry crowds.
Entire Muslim communities also have left towns in the rural northwest, sometimes only to come under attack from Christian militiamen and die while trying to get out of the anarchic country.
Across a wide stretch of northwest Central African Republic, Christian militiamen known as the anti-Balaka (or anti-machete) have driven tens of thousands of Muslims out of the area. Many are seeking refuge in Chad or Cameroon, as there are few corners of Central African Republic where Muslims are an outright majority.
The violence against the Muslims is in reaction to abuses perpetrated by the Muslim Seleka rebels during their 10-month rule that began last March. Seleke fighters tied their victims together and threw them off bridges to drown or be eaten by crocodiles, according to witnesses. Now that Seleka's leader Michel Djotodia stepped down from the presidency last month and a precarious civilian interim government is in charge, it is the country's Muslim minority that is now under assault.
No one knows the true death toll from two months of the worst inter-communal violence in this country's history: It is often too dangerous for crews to recover the corpses. More than 1,000 were killed during several days of fighting in early December, when a Christian militia attempted to overthrow the Muslim rebel government then in power.
A preliminary investigation into potential war crimes or crimes against humanity has been opened, Fatou Bensouda, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court said Friday.
Babacar Gaye, the U.N.'s special representative to Central African Republic, has called for the murderers to be held accountable. Yet in a country where police officers long ago fled their jobs and courthouses are shuttered and looted, it's not even clear where to begin.
Central African Republic was already one of the world's poorest and most lawless countries even before the March 2013 coup by Muslim rebels from the north plunged the nation into deeper crisis. When the extra French troops first arrived in early December, more than 100,000 people sought refuge at the airport they guarded in the hope it would keep them safe. That displacement camp has become a city within a city now dubbed "The Ledger" after the city's sole five-star luxury hotel.
French defense minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told RTL radio on Thursday the military is likely to extend its mission in Central African Republic beyond the U.N.-mandated six-month mission.
"We are going to avoid the worst," Le Drian said. "By our presence we can lower tensions on the ground, to pave the way for a peaceful political transition."
That still seems like a distant goal in Central African Republic, a country with a long history of coups, rebellions and failed peace agreements. Given the unprecedented nature of the violence, no one can say how this all will end.
In the lawless capital, a 19-year-old Muslim woman in the Kokoro neighborhood said a group of armed men this week had come to her house after midnight crying "It's you Muslims!"
"They gave us a minute to come to the living room or else they threatened to throw a grenade," she said. "Four of them ripped my clothes off and raped me one by one. Another raped my sister, who is only 14 years old. They asked where our father had hid weapons in the house and we told him we didn't have any.
"After that, I cannot say that the situation is improving for us," she said. "We are Muslims, yes, but we are also Central Africans. Where will we go? We were born here. This is our country."

COMMENTARIES ON THE INTERNET ABOUT A BEDEVILLED NIGERIA

The heavyweights in Northern Politics are to be responsible for this. Yet they want to become PRESIDENTS without the political training needed for the job. Whereas General Yakubu Gowon, REALISED HIS ERRORS AND SO WENT BACK TO SCHOOL, the fools who served under him during the needless civil war think that A NIGERIAN MAJOR GENERAL RANK UNDESERVEDLY HOISTED ON THEM DURING THE BACKYARD WAR ENTITLES THEM TO A DOCTORAL DEGREE IN GOVERNANCE. I weep for them and their progeny.

THE FALLACY OF BELIEVING THAT A SOLDIER CAN LEAD CIVILIANS IN A DEMOCRACY IS UTTERLY FALSE, PUERILE AND UNINTELLIGENT. SOLDIERS LEAD MEN WHO WERE TRAINED TO OBEY ORDERS BLINDLY WITHOUT QUESTIONS AT THE BATTLEFRONT. SO NO REAL TRAINED OFFICER CAN LEAD MEN WHO HAVE THE OPTION TO REFUSE ORDERS, ASK QUESTIONS AND DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES THE RIGHT COURSE OF ACTIONS TO TAKE. LET US FACE THE FACTS. THE PROLONGED MILITARY RULE IS WHAT DESTROYED THIS COUNTRY. LET US STOP THE FOOLERY OF THINKING THAT ANY BUHARI, BABAGINDA, OBASANJO e.t.c. .e.e.t.c. IS QUALIFIED TO BECOME A PRESIDENT or EVEN A GOVERNOR IN A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED ADMINISTRATION. .....................
THE REASON ALL OF THEM ARE IN GOVERNMENT IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HANDICRAFT, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO EARN A LIVING, SO THE NIGERIAN POLITY IS CONVERTED TO ENEMY WAR FRONTS AND THEY LOOT OUR TREASURIES. .............
BELOW IS THE ONLY SOLDIER I KNOW WHO NEVER PARTICIPATED IN ANY GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS OR CIVILIAN POLITICS SINCE RETIREMENT IN THE 198OS

WE NEED AN INDEPENDENT FREE FOR ALL NATIONAL CONFERENCE OR ELSE FULFILL THE PREDICTIONS MADE BY SOME U S A POLITICAL ANALYSTS AND FUTURISTIC PUNDITS WHO HAD PREDICTED AS FAR BACK AS 2012 THAT NIGERIA WILL BREAK UP IN 2015 AND WE DID NOT TAKE THEM SERIOUS. WHAT WILL SAVE US IS A TRUE FEDERALISM ALONG THE LINES AGREED AT ABURI DURING THE EARLY STAGES OF THE UNNECESSARY AND FRATRICIDAL CIVIL WAR THAT PORTRAYED IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE THE FUTILITY OF LORD LUGARD'S NEO-COLONIALISM MISADVENTURE OF AMALGAMATION OF 1914 ............

It is inevitable now. Nigeria cannot stand some people, who have a very queer mindset. They believe their religion is superior. They are sympathetic to Boko Haram. They are victims of a 50 year old brain-washing agenda. Some politicians mobilized them along ethnic and religious lines during last elections.
They were told that Southerners are infidels. Nigeria simply cannot survive the way it is structured. These ignorant Northern youths are merely victims of brain-washing. The violence will continue even after Boko Haram. Nigeria is sitting on a keg of gun powder.
It is not Jonathan’s fault. Jonathan’s is merely the target. Nigeria must be restructured now before it is too late. The ongoing exodus of Ndigbo from the North and the refusal of the government to assist them is the last straw. If something gives and violence erupts, Nigeria will simply cease to exist. Igbo is a very dynamic race, when Ndigbo take up arms, not even the UN can contain the explosion.

2015: WILL HISTORY REPEAT ITSELF IN NIGERIA?
By Osondu Ahirika and Kenez Danmbaezue

George Santayana it was, who said, "Those that forget history are condemned to repeat it." That's a fact of life as real as reality. This is in spite of St. Paul's disclosure that, "...this one thing I do, forgetting that which is past, I look forward to the goal that I may win the prize..."(see Philippians 3:13). Such amnesia for the past canvassed here by Paul is contextual, and cannot abrogate the realism of Santayana's maxim.

If you had doubt that history does replicate itself, then let me shock you with these facts. If you have the calendar of 1975, don't throw it away. It is the same with the 2014 calendar currently in use. Its January 1, falls Wednesday and it ends on Wednesday 31 also. Same with 2014.

Other years that share strictly same datelines with 2014 are, 1986, 1997, and 2003 for the past. In future, this 2014 calendar will replay for the year 2025 and 2031. Truth is, every year has such parities, past and future.

If that does not suffice, then this should. football stakers in Pool who characteristically follow the English and Australian football seasons will tell you their forecast finds solid assurance in both hindsight and foresight. They bet, because, they believe most assuredly, that, history will repeat itself. Often, it does. Sometimes in reverse order. For, as one philosopher said, history repeats itself, but as a farce.

Take this too. On Sunday, March 2, 2014, Nigerian International Ike Uche was sent off while playing for VillarREAL football club at home against REAL Betis FC in the Spanish La Liga. This was the second red card of his career. Ironically, three years ago, precisely on April 18, 2011, Ike Uche was given the marching order, in a game he was playing then, for REAL Zaragoza FC against VillarREAL FC. Can you discern the pranks history plays sometimes in her reincarnation? That's why I deliberately capitalized the word, REAL, in Uche's real experience. See the farcical trajectory of history with Uche.

Okay, done with that, I believe I have convinced you that, history does repeat itself, when we ignore its trail. See the alignment at APC for instance....What did Akintola do with Ahmadu that is not being repeated by Tinubu and Buhari now. strange bed-fellows are teaming up again as was the case in 1965 before the WILD WILD WEST saga that precipitated the 1966 coup d'etat and the civil war. Boko Haram is a mirror image of Wild Wild West, and the present poaching of PDP stalwarts by APC strategists who went all the way to America to hire political crooks to plot the results of an election to be held in 23 months distant time.... A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE .. BUT I FEAR WE HAVE NO WISE MEN IN NIGERIA NOR SOCIAL PHILOSOPHERS WITH HINDSIGHT.

GLOBAL CRUSADE FOR GLOBAL PEACE FOR OUR GLOBAL VILLAGE WITH A VERY GOOD SAMPLE OF STORIES THAT BUTTRESS MY DEMAND FOR ONE WORLD RELIGION

GLOBAL CRUSADE FOR GLOBAL PEACE FOR OUR GLOBAL VILLAGE

 MY DEARLY BELOVED,

HAPPY XMAS 2013 AND WELCOME TO A PROSPEROUS 2014. THIS IS MY MANIFESTO FOR THE NEXT MILLENNIUM WITH REGARD TO WHAT YOU SHOULD INCULCATE IN OUR UP-COMING GENERATIONS AS A LEGACY WORTH EMULATING.

YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE IN ALL ASPECTS OF DAILY LIVING SO YOU BEGIN TO APPRCIATE THAT THERE IS ONE ALMIGHTY CREATOR, ONE CREATED UNIVERSE AND THEREFORE THEREIS ONLY ONE HUMAN FAMILY, HEIRS TO ALL THE MUTUAL BENEFITS WE DERIVE FROM BEING HIS SONS AND DAUGHTERS

LET US NOT BE ONLY THE EXTENDED FAMILY SYSTEM WITH DANIEL AT THE APEX BUT GENUINE CHRISTIANS. THE CURRENT PAULINE CHRISTIANITY MARKETED BY THE POPE IS ROMAN PAGANISM DRESSED UP AS THE SAVING ONE JESUS BROUGHT TO EARTH.

NOTHING CAN BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. PETER, JAMES & JOHN WERE EXCLUDED IN ITS FORMATION. SAUL OF TARSUS NEVER MET JESUS ALIVE, NOR ATE AND DRANK WITH HIM. THE GENUINE GOOD NEWS OF THE LORD AND MASTER WAS NOT WHAT EMPEROR CONSTANTINE CONVENED THE COUNCIL OF NICAEA FOR. TYPE IN MITHRANISM OR EVEN THE COUNCIL OF NICEA AND SEE THE RESULTS OF YOUR SEARCH.

THE THIRD ATTACHMENT SAYS IT ALL, WHAT WE HAVE IN ROME IS DEMONIC. IF ROMAN CATHOLICISM IS TRUE, WHY HAS THE POPE NOT PACKED DOWN TO NAZARETH AND ESTABLISHED THE REAL CAPITAL OF JESUS KINGDOM? IS ROME THE BIRTH PLACE OF ANY OF THE APOSTLES? NO!

WE ALL KNOW WHY THE MUSLIMS GO ON PILGRIMAGES TO MECCA AND MEDINA BUT INDOCTRINATED CHRISTIANS RUSH TO ROME ANNUALLY IN THEIR IGNORANCE AND REFUSAL TO THINK FOR THEMSELVES.

I AM NOT BEGGING ANYONE TO BELIEVE ME, ACCEPT WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR 35 YEARS AS I VACILLATED AND FEARED BEING LABELLED A HERETIC OR APOSTATE. YOU CAN ALL CALL ME A FALLEN CATHOLIC, NO PROBLEM, THE TASTE OF THE BUDDING IS IN THE FINAL RESTING PLACE OF EACH ONE AT DEATH.

YOU SHALL KNOW THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND THE WHOLE TRUTH WILL SET YOU WHOLLY FREE TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE AND RECEIVE FROM ABOVE DIVINE FAVOUR, GUIDANCE AND LONG LIFE....AMEN.

DID YOU KNOW THAT THOSE DESCENDED FROM CAIN WORK IN DARKNESS LIKE THEIR FATHER THE DEVIL? THEY OWN THE NIGHT WHEREAS THOSE DESCENDED FROM SETH ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD DESCENDED FROM ADAM WHO SHOULD ONLY WORK IN DAYLIGHT

See John 8;

41 You are doing the things your own father does." "We are not
illegitimate children," they protested. "The only Father we have is
God himself."
42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me,
for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me.
43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear
what I say.
44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out
your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not
holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he
speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
45 Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!
46 Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth,
why don't you believe me?
47 He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not
hear is that you do not belong to God."

IF THIS PASSAGE IS NOT ENOUGH PROOF THAT THERE ARE TWO SPECIES OF MANKIND, WHAT OR WHO ELSE WILL YOU BELIEVE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THE AUDACITY TO PROPOSE THAT ALL FANATICS ARE SLAVES OF THE EVIL ONE.

IT TOOK THIRTY FIVE YEARS OF DIVINE TUTORIALS FOR THE REVELATION TO BE EXPLLAINED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.

SO DO NOT JOKE OVER IT. OUR CHURCHES AND EVER OTHER SOCIAL ORGANISATION ARE FILLED BY THESE GRANDCHILDREN OD SATAN. THEY CAUSE HAVOC AND ENJOY DOING SO ALL THE TIME.

LET US SEE THE COMMENTARY FROM WYCLIFFE ON THIS TO SEE WHETHER I AM ALL ALONE;

 John 8:41-42
Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
They did have a father, whom they imitated, whose works they
reproduced, but it was not Abraham. The Jews retaliated by a slur: "We be not born of fornication." The we is emphatic. Underlying this is apparently the charge of illegitimacy leveled at Jesus (this same charge colors Matthew's report of the birth of Jesus). We, the Jews were saying, are those who truly have God for our Father, whatever your claims may be. We go back of Abraham to God himself.
42. Jesus refuted the claim by the simple fact that their attitude toward him was not one of love, of family affection. He knew he had come from God, no matter what they might think.

John 8:43-47
Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. The true reason for their failure to receive him was their kinship with the devil. He was their father. No wonder they acted as he does (cf. Matt 23:15).
His special sins are lying (seen in connection with the temptation in the garden) and murder (in the incitement of Cain toslay his brother 1 John 3:12). 45,46. Because they were of the devil, the liar, they would not accept the truth from Christ. Yet they could not convict him of sin. That being so, they should have accepted his testimony.
47. The very failure to accept his word sealed the fact that they were not of God.

Future of C. African Republic Muslims imperiled

DAKAR, Senegal (AP) — The mob violence wracking Central African Republic imperils the future of the country's Muslims, with tens of thousands fleeing the daily violence and untold numbers killed.

Central African Republic soldiers join chaotic violence
By ANDREW DRAKE, Associated Press JEROME DELAY, Associated Press Updated at 2014-02-06 01:01:55 -0500

BANGUI, Central African Republic (AP) — The interim president of Central African Republic told the hundreds of soldiers standing in formation Wednesday that she was proud of them and called on their support to bring order to their anarchic country. Then she left, and the soldiers broke ranks to stab and stomp a man in their midst to death. They dragged his corpse through the streets.
The horrific attack, witnessed by Associated Press journalists, shows the degree of hatred and savagery to which this impoverished country has fallen and the difficulty faced by the international community, which has already deployed thousands of peacekeepers, to try to stabilize it.
Wednesday's gathering was intended to highlight the rebuilding of the national army, left in tatters when President Francois Bozize was ousted from power in a March 2013 coup. The general in charge of the French military mission in Central African Republic highlighted how the national soldiers "have above all a detailed knowledge of the terrain which will allow us to have them take over the action."
Interim President Catherine Samba-Panza, who took over last month after the rebel leader who seized power stepped aside amid mounting international pressure, announced that the government soldiers would soon be paid after five months without wages. And she emphasized that the international community would help rearm them.
"I would like to renew my pride in those elements of FACA (Armed Forces of Central African Republic) who are here and to ask them to support my actions wherever they are," she said. The uniformed soldiers stood at attention in orderly fashion for the speech, some sporting smiles.
But after she left, the soldiers spotted a suspected former member of the Seleka rebellion that had overthrown the government. His name was Idriss, and he was standing among them. They accused him of being an infiltrator, there to spy for Seleka. Out came the first knife.
"I will kill him with my own hands," shouted one man who had come to enlist in the national army.
The very men expected to protect civilians used knives, bricks and their own feet to attack the man. Troops from the tiny African nation of Burundi surrounded the wounded man to protect him from the growing crowd. He lay wounded on his back and still alive for about five minutes.
But as the crowd moved closer, the peacekeepers withdrew, not even firing warning shots. The attack resumed. Some stabbed him while others kicked him in the face. Still others pelted him with concrete blocks as a crowd cheered.
A police officer jumped out of his truck to try to halt the gruesome attack and was accosted by the crowd and accused of being a traitor. Senior officers managed to extract him from the mob and sped away with him in their pickup.
The crowd dragged Idriss' corpse through the street, dismembered it and set it ablaze.
Even for a city that sees civilians killed by mobs almost daily, it was a shocking display of violence, underscoring the depth of chaos now gripping Central African Republic.
The 2013 coup ushered in months of turmoil and bitter hatred toward the mostly Muslim rebels and has left anyone accused of collaborating with them vulnerable to attack. The rebels' 10-month rule was marked by human rights abuses, and sparked a Christian armed movement known as the anti-Balaka, which also has been accused of atrocities.
Tit-for-tat violence killed more than 1,000 people in Bangui alone in a matter of days in December. An untold number have died in the weeks that followed, with most of the attacks in Bangui targeting Muslims.
The violence is unprecedented in a country with little history of inter-communal conflict. There are now 5,000 African peacekeepers and 1,600 French troops on the ground. On Wednesday, they could only stand guard over the charred remains of the victim until Red Cross workers came to remove them.

UNICEF urges action to prevent the "human tragedy" in Central African Republic
By EDITH M. LEDERER, Associated Press Updated at 2014-02-05 04:59:36 -0500

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The head of the U.N. children's agency urged the international community Tuesday to do everything it can to prevent the "human tragedy" in Central African Republic from turning into "a human catastrophe."
Anthony Lake made the appeal as the U.N. World Food Program announced there are only food supplies for a week available in the capital, Bangui, and the U.N. humanitarian office said it has received only $60 million of the $551 million it appealed for to help hundreds of thousands in need in the country.
Central African Republic has been in chaos since a March 2013 coup. More than 1,000 people have been killed and nearly 1 million forced from their homes since December in violence pitting Christians and Muslims, militias and civilians. The violence has increasingly targeted civilians of Muslim origin.
Lake, who visited the country in January, said Muslims facing "outrageous attacks" are being forced to move to the north and east "which is tragic for them and dangerous for the future of their country."
The UNICEF executive director also said children "are under assault and being killed in brutal, senseless communal violence, and there is an almost total absence of protection" for them.
The insecurity and lack of funds are having an impact on several fronts.
U.N. spokesman Martin Nesirky said WFP is preparing to airlift food from Douala in Cameroon, which is five times more expensive than road transport, because of the insecurity.
He said 43 trucks carrying WFP food haven't crossed the border from Cameroon because of insecurity. The African force sent armed escorts to the border who were expected to arrive Tuesday, Nesirky said.
Humanitarian officials said they only have enough money for a few more flights to take migrants out of the Central African Republic.
Jan de Wilde, the officer in charge of the International Organization for Migration in Central African Republic, said Tuesday that flights will be discontinued unless funding improves.
The organization said it has helped nearly 5,000 people escape the country's spiraling violence, repatriating foreigners to Chad, Cameroon, Mali, Sudan, Niger and Senegal. Many fleeing have lived in the country for years and have few ties in their home countries.
Lake urged countries that pledged $300 million for the country in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on Saturday to come up with the money quickly.
In Addis Ababa, the European Union pledged an additional 25 million euros ($33.7 million) to the African Union-led force in the Central African Republic.
EU Development Commissioner Andris Piebalgs said the EU has pledged around 200 million euros ($269.6 million) since the onset of the crisis in the Central African Republic to support the African forces to restore security, for humanitarian aid, and to reopen schools.
Pielbags said the EU is preparing an additional package to help restore infrastructure that has been looted as soon as the security situation improves. He said he also announced in Addis that the EU will provide 20 million euros to support the political process leading to credible, free and fair elections as soon as the situation allows.

THIS IS ONLY A SAMPLE OF WHAT WILL EVENTUALLY HAPPEN WHEN BIGGER WORLD POWERS DECIDE TO JOIN IN ETHNIC OR RELIGIOUS CLEANSING WITH THEIR NUCLEAR WEAPONS. WHEN SHALL HUMAN BEINGS EVER LEARN THAT THE ALMIGHTY CREATOR DID NOT INTEND THESE EVILS TO ENVELOP US UNTIL DEMAGOGUES STARTED BREWING DEMONIC DOCTRINES AND FOOLISH DOGMAS THEY CALL RELIGION. THERE IS ONLY ONE TRUE RELIGION ESTABLISHED BY THE CREATOR FOR US ALL;;;

WHERE ARE ALL THE TOUGH TALKING GENERALS OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY WHO CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE SPECIALISTS IN TNE MANAGEMENT OF VIOLENCE?

I was still a second year student at the university of Lagos where the Great Mathematician PROFESSOR CHIKE OBI of blessed memory queried the purveyors of QUOTA SYSTEM thus; Is bravery and gallantry equally distributed among all men, if so, with Quota System,

WHEN 10 IGBO SOLDIERS DIE AT THE BATTLE FRONT, WILL OUR TROOPS ALL WAIT TILL 10 YORUBAS AND HAUSA SOLDIERS DIE BEFORE THE TROOPS MATCH FORWARD?

We need veritable and practical answers now from the brilliant ex-generals who want to rule Nigeria despite having no political training for the job!

IS THIS NOT WHAT THEY SHOULD SOLVE AS SUPERBRATS IN MILITARY RANKS? Only AIR RAID or probably BLACK SCORPION can come to our rescue now;

Again I love to ask;
WHERE ARE ALL THE TOUGH TALKING GENERALS OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY WHO CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE SPECIALISTS IN TNE MANAGEMENT OF VIOLENCE?

OR ARE WE ALL WAITING TO SEE A REPEAT OCCURRENCE OF WHAT HAPPENED IN AFRICAN CENTRAL REPUBLIC TO HAPPEN IN NIGERIA BEFORE WE TAKE ON OUR NOTORIOUS FIRE AND BRIGADE METHOD…….I WONDER
